The SMPAFS-300A is an advanced high-speed vertical ampoule filling and sealing machine with eight heads, delivering 60 to 280 ampoules/minute with 0.5 ml to 10 ml filling capacity in a single dose. It handles ampoule sizes 1 ml to 10 ml open mouth glass ampoules. Ampoules are infed via SS conveyor from a sterilizing tunnel, transferred to a segment wheel, processed vertically station by station, and discharged to the collection tray after sealing. Has CE certification and is available as SMPAFS-80, 120, 240, 300A (High Speed) models.
