The SMPPFS-5S is a fully automated, gloveless cGMP syringe filling and closing machine for disposable nested syringes. It processes batch sizes of 1,000 to 25,000 units with robotic handling of glass pre-filled syringes and stoppers. The system features a Robotic Tyvek Removal System, de-lidding/de-lining capability, and a time pressure filling system with peristaltic pumps. The compact gloveless isolator maintains ISO 5 particle levels and can be installed in ISO 8 / Grade C or D environments. Also available as SMPPFS-10S with 12,000 syringes/hr output.
